Our Task

The client approached us with the vision of creating an app that allows students to easily organize their learning process with accessible functionality and simple interfaces. Our task was to translate this vision into reality by designing an educational app that combines ease of use with comprehensive academic management features.

Our Solution

Our team designed a comprehensive mobile app that assists students in organizing their learning activities, tracking class schedules, calls, and exams with ease. The app provides detailed information on groups, teachers, and classes, offering students a complete suite of tools for academic management.

Our Design Process

01
Research & Discovery
Initial research and discovery phase

In the initial phase, we engaged in comprehensive discussions with the client to fully grasp his vision and requirements for the app. Simultaneously, we conducted extensive competitor research and audience analysis to understand the educational landscape and student needs. This involved studying similar apps, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and identifying opportunities for innovation. Such a thorough exploration ensured our design would be well-informed and aligned with the client's goals.

02
Wireframing
UX stage

Following the research and discovery phase, we moved on to wireframing. In this stage, we developed detailed wireframes to map out the user journey through the app. These wireframes served as a blueprint for the app’s structure, ensuring a logical and user-friendly navigation that caters to the needs of students and educators. By outlining the app's layout and key features, we were able to visualize the user experience and identify potential areas for improvement early in the process.

03
UI Design
UI stage

With the wireframes serving as a solid foundation, we transitioned to the UI design phase. At this stage, our designers translated the user experience concepts into visually appealing and functional user interfaces. This involved carefully curating a cohesive color scheme, selecting an appropriate typography that prioritized readability, and crafting a suite of intuitive icons that harmonized with the educational context of the application.

04
Logo Design
Logo design stage

Beyond the app design, we developed a distinctive logo that embodies the essence of the app. The logo features a stylized alumni cap, symbolizing academic achievement and the pursuit of knowledge. The clean and modern design represents the app’s commitment to providing a streamlined and efficient tool for students. This visual element plays a crucial role in the app’s branding and recognition, making it instantly recognizable and trustworthy for its users.

05
Clickable Prototype
Clickable prototype stage

The final phase of our design process involved creating an interactive, clickable prototype. It enabled the client to experience the app’s functionality and provide valuable feedback. Based on this input, we made necessary adjustments to ensure the app met all expectations and delivered an optimal user experience. The prototype stage was crucial for refining the app’s features and ensuring that it effectively addressed the organizational needs of students, from tracking class schedules and exams to accessing information about groups, teachers, and classes.
