Sales manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT services sales and client acquisition through calls and LinkedIn
  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level (both spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of the full negotiation cycle and proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience working with international markets: USA, EU, UK, Israel, etc.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design terminology and web/mobile development technologies.
  • Experience managing leads in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Finding new strategies to develop the Outsource department
  • Conducting intro calls with potential clients and presenting the company’s services and technical stack
  • Account management of existing clients
  • Leading negotiations with clients regarding project specifications, scope, timelines, and budget
  • Managing the HubSpot CRM system
  • Proactivity, independence, and a focus on results
  • Collaborating with the CEO and the Sales/Lead Generation department

Will be a plus:

  • Background in lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, UpWork
