2+ years of experience in IT services sales and client acquisition through calls and LinkedIn
English proficiency at B2-C1 level (both spoken and written)
Knowledge of the full negotiation cycle and proven track record in B2B sales
Experience working with international markets: USA, EU, UK, Israel, etc.
Understanding of UX/UI design terminology and web/mobile development technologies.
Experience managing leads in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
Finding new strategies to develop the Outsource department
Conducting intro calls with potential clients and presenting the company’s services and technical stack
Account management of existing clients
Leading negotiations with clients regarding project specifications, scope, timelines, and budget
Managing the HubSpot CRM system
Proactivity, independence, and a focus on results
Collaborating with the CEO and the Sales/Lead Generation department
Background in lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, UpWork
Fixed salary and regular salary reviews
Flexible working hours: start between 9:00-11:00 and finish between 18:00-20:00
Compensation from 50% to 100% for training and English language courses
