Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a Recruiter
Experience in recruitment agencies or IT companies
English at B1+
Completed recruitment courses
Strong knowledge in hiring and candidate sourcing
Proficiency in professional recruitment tools and platforms such as Djinni, DOU, LinkedIn
Experience managing 3 or more vacancies simultaneously and a proven record of successful hires
Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Sourcing and screening candidates on various platforms
Conducting screening interviews
Maintaining tables of conducted interviews
Collaborating with the HR Generalist
Working with 1-3 vacancies
Knowledge of research
Fixed salary + bonuses
Flexible working hours: start between 9:00-11:00 and finish between 18:00-20:00
