Recruiter

Passionate about finding the right people for the right roles? We are looking for a talented Recruiter to enhance our HR department and work closely with our HR Generalist to build a strong, skilled team. Your work will be vital in ensuring we find candidates who not only have the skills but also fit our culture.

With access to professional tools and platforms, you will manage multiple vacancies, conduct interviews, and play a hands-on role in the hiring process. If you are motivated by making a meaningful impact through recruitment, we would love to have you on our team!

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience in recruitment agencies or IT companies
  • English at B1+
  • Completed recruitment courses
  • Strong knowledge in hiring and candidate sourcing
  • Proficiency in professional recruitment tools and platforms such as Djinni, DOU, LinkedIn
  • Experience managing 3 or more vacancies simultaneously and a proven record of successful hires
  • Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates on various platforms
  • Conducting screening interviews
  • Maintaining tables of conducted interviews
  • Collaborating with the HR Generalist
  • Working with 1-3 vacancies

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of research
